Microsoft is investigating an ongoing outage preventing customers from accessing and using the Microsoft Teams communication platform through web and desktop clients.

While Redmond only acknowledged that the outage affects the web application, customers also report that they cannot access Teams through desktop clients on Linux and macOS.
